Ingredients:

  • 150ml (5 oz) hot coffee
  • 50ml (1.7 oz) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Prepare hot, brewed coffee beforehand.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 15-20 seconds.

*For an ultra-fast version, just prepare your favorite type of coffee and add 1 tbsp of BeKeto™ MCT Oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Mix for 20 seconds and you’re done!
